Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ArrowShield's platform or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of services

ArrowShield provides an AI Security Posture Management platform that helps organizations discover, monitor, and secure AI agent systems and agentic applications. Features include agent inventory, threat detection, compliance tooling, MCP server security, and incident response capabilities.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share credentials, use the Services for unauthorized purposes, or attempt to circumvent any access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these terms, nonpayment, or other cause at our reasonable discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
  • Use the Services to monitor or surveil individuals without their consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform

Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant ArrowShield a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. We will not use Customer Data to train foundation models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

ArrowShield retains all rights to the platform, its underlying technology, and all ArrowShield proprietary content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services. You retain all rights to your own content and Customer Data.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARROWSHIELD'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL ARROWSHIELD BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
